If any mistakes have been made in creating, fulfilling, or shipping your order, please email me immediately and I will do my best to make it right.
Sending Your Order
All orders must be accompanied by the printed Order Confirmation. If you are unable to print the Order Confirmation, then include your full name and the Order Confirmation number when sending me ashes without a printed Order Confirmation.
Please double-check your order at Checkout and before sending me the ashes and your printed Order Confirmation to make sure all options are correct and you are confident about the order you are placing.
Prior to mailing me the ashes and Order Confirmation, changes and cancellations can be made via email.
Do not mail your changed order until you hear back from me.
If you have already mailed your order, I will do my best to correct changes to an order, however I am only able to stand behind what is on the Order Form I receive at my studio.
Once you mail me the ashes, I cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.
All SoulBursts Remembrances are custom-made for you and are one-of-a-kind products. Your SoulBursts Remembrance will be similar to what you see in the photographs—but please be aware even like-kind Remembrances made in the same order are never identical.
If you are truly not satisfied with a SoulBursts product, please contact me and I will set up a time to have a phone conversation with you to solve the issue.
Custom requested color schemes are not guaranteed.
You may return SoulBursts Glass Urns as long as they are in like-new condition within 30 days.
Your purchase price includes UPS Ground shipping to one physical address per order within the Contiguous United States. Additional fees for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will apply.
Expedited UPS shipping methods are available at Checkout and will incur additional expense.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact me prior to placing an expedited order to make sure our glass blowing schedule can accommodate your timeline.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
I understand how precious your loved one’s ashes are to you. My assistant and I carefully check and pack each order prior to shipment.
I use UPS as my shipping partner because I believe UPS has the best tracking system available.
However, mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event your order is lost or miss delivered please contact UPS immediately. You will need your tracking number. If your SoulBurst arrives damaged please contact me. Please save and photograph the box and packing and the damage to the SoulBurst and send them to me. I will do my best to assist you in finding a resolution.
